Singapore's Largest Room For Rent Website

Chance upon a new website that is all about rooms for rent in Singapore.
Although I don’t have e need to rent a room, but find this website pretty simple to use.
There is many different rooms for you to rent, rooms for rent, short term rental & even Home stay!
There is a search engine to search for you to search for the room types you want.
Rooms are being classified into different locations, not by North, South, East, and West.
It is being classified by the particular location, like Clementi, Hougang and etc.
How nice it is!
And under every locations,it show how many rooms are available for rental.
You can even bookmark down the particular room that you are interested in and contact the poster after you decided!
The site even show you other similar rooms that are available for rental to the one you are currently viewing.

For people who are renting out their rooms, you can post it for free. YES FREE! Don’t have to pay to put up ads on newspaper anymore!
You just need to give some description on the room that you are renting, the monthly rental fee, any preference of gender and nationality and anything extra that you need your potential tenant(s) to know!

Although the website is pretty good, but there are some bad points too.
No photos are given to show how the room looks like.
It would be better if photos can be posted by the landlord(s) to let potential tenant(s) have a rough idea how does the room looks like.
It probably is better if the monthly rental fee is under a range rather than a fixed pricing as some landlords might be able to negotiate the price.
By having a range would probably attract more tenants to contact the landlord to view the room which will increase the chances of renting out the room!

Good luck for all the tenants n landlords!:))
