Saturday,Sunday and Monday!

On Saturday,we went to JP for lunch and back home after that as Dante need to complete his homework.

We-fie with Draco.

This boy doesn't look like me at all.

But his jie pi is the same as me.

Haha!

And this boy looks exactly like me.

Rarely see him smiling when we take photos.

I forgotten where we went for dinner.-.-"

Mummy brain.

On Sunday,

We went bugis for window shopping.

Had lunch at a Japanese restaurant at bugis plus.

Went OG trying to look for my bag.

BUT I CANT FIND THE DESIGN I WANTED.

So frustrating!

Went for dinner at Genki Sushi.

Dante and Draco's current favourite sushi place.

They 'deliver' the sushi via train.

Very fun for the kids!

And today,

This boy whine like mad just because I keep his toothbrush as is time to head for school!

Slowly he stop when he saw I am taking his photos.

Stop whining but still look upset.

Haha!

On our way back home after school,

we saw this cat sleeping.

I dont like cats(Other than hello kitty),

but this cat looks so cute sleeping.

A rare day out! - 20 Sept 2014

So we finally went out.

Left house after finishing my chores.

A rare photo of mine with really light makeup.

Am practicing how to put make up!;) 

Went to OG Orchard and had lunch at the Japanese restaurant at level 1.

The food was alright.

Was taking photo of my ramen and Dante ask me to take photo.

At first I thought he wanted me to take photo of his ramen too.

End up,he want me to take photo of his lorries

Here is my small baby trying to feed himself with a little help from Daddy.

Before this photo,he took the fork and scoop the noodle into the spoon.

Looking so cute with the ramen dangling out.Haha.

Went and change Draco's diaper in the ladies.

And he fall asleep.

This boy can sleep anywhere anytime.

Went and shop around after that.

Bought lots of things.

Make up,clothes,tidbits.

No photos after this cause I forgot to take them!

Went IMM after that.

Because I wanted to go Daiso!

Had dinner at Soup Restaurant.

Love their Samsui chicken so much!

Head for some shopping at Giant and went back home after that.

I'm back!

Well...

I HAVE NOT BEEN BLOGGING FOR A YEAR!
That's seriously a longgggggggggg time.

I've been really busy with the boys since the birth of Draco.

Packing to move,moving in and being a full time homemaker juggling all the chores and the boys.

Yeah~ for having our own place to stay!
Mehh~ for needing to do all the chores and stuffs on my own!

Well,
That is life!~
I can say I'm more busy now than I was working with just Dante.
But I'm so much happier!
;)

Dante is in K1 already!
Time flies~
In less than 2 years time,my firstborn is gonna be in primary one!

As for Draco,
He is turning 2 soon.
But he is already attending playgroup since 20mths old.
Well,I didn't want to send him to school so early.
He keep whining everytime we drop off Dante at school.
And so happen that just beside Dante's school,there is a playgroup.
So off he goes to school.

For the past 2 months,other than the first week or so,he has been enjoying himself in school!

I shall end here because is already 630am and I have not sleep!

Naming the boys...

I think I have never post how I name the boys.

So I shall do this post about how I name the boys.

People who know me for a long time will know that I really wanted to have baby girl.

But well,no luck.

All three are boys.

*pouts*

But as much as I wanted a girl,I will not try again unless suay suay kana.

Way before I was pregnant with Dante,I always thought of naming my first girl EN CI(恩慈).

I really like these 2 words,EN(恩) & CI(慈)

But gave up the idea of CI(慈) because it is too complicated to write already.

Esp when CAI(蔡)is already so difficult to write.

Before knowing Dante is a boy,I basically did not think of any boys' name.

* OK,I admit I very bias. LOL.*

But I know I will name him/her CAI EN _ (蔡恩_).

Then after I know Dante is a boy,I play around with the words.

I did not want my child to have a name that is too long to write.

So basically is just CHUA EN _ (CAI EN _), then the English name.

I decided that I want the last word to be two letters just like how CI is.

1st two choices of name were EN DE,EN YI,EN CI.

I pick the 2nd one,EN YI because my brother has a DE in his name.

And also DE does not seems to match the word EN,too many E.

And EN CI sounds girly.

I basically only got the HanYuPingYing and not the actual word.

Not that my Chinese sucks,just I want to make sure the English version of the Chinese name do not look weird.

YI(义)was one of my choices and was picked because of the number of strokes.The lesser the better. LOL!

The other choices were :

-毅

-意

-易

I thought I decided which name to give,but no I was wrong.

Because I saw the word YU(宇) which I like alot too.

In the end I stuck to my original choice and decided that if I were to have another boy,EN YU(恩宇) shall be the name.

English name was picked by Hubby.

DANTE(DAN-TAY) was a character in DEVIL MAY CRY.

He decided that DANTE will be our son's name right after knowing the gender.

CHUA EN YI, DANTE(CAI ENYI)

EN YI means 感恩，见义勇为

DANTE means lasting, enduring.

Then when I know I was pregnant with no2,I again think of girls' names first.

DANAE was what I wanted as it looks similar to DANTE.

And CHUA EN CI(蔡恩慈)was what I wanted to name no2 if is a girl.

But nah,GOD decided not to give me girl again.

SO BOY AGAIN!

Remember EN YU(恩宇) that I wanted to use for DANTE?

So I decided to name no2 as EN YU(恩宇)

Although I kind of decided EN YU(恩宇) will be the name,I was not 100% sure if I want to use that name anot.

EN CI(恩赐)pop up again.
But I still use back my original choice EN YU(恩宇) as EN CI(恩赐)sounds too girly. LOL!

As for the English name,I couldn't find any name that match DANTE.

Did not want to use other names without the D and the TE.

And I happen to saw DONTE which has the same meaning of DANTE.

So no2 was name CHUA EN YU, DONTE(CAI ENYU).

EN YU(恩宇) means 感恩这宇宙

DONTE means "lasting".

But sadly,DONTE was a stillborn.:(

Then when I know I was pregnant with no3,

I thought to myself,AHHH this time round GOD Will give me a girl le ba since I have 2 boys.

BUT BAH,I WAS WRONG.

BOY AGAIN!

:(

I wanted to use DONAE, EN YA(恩雅) if it is a girl but no is a boy.:(

I did not know what name to give at all for boy.:(

Out of ideas.

Cracked my head for a long long time.

Basically I name the kids using A,E,I,O,U with the Y in front.

YA,YE,YI,YO,YU.

YA seems girly.

YE seems weird,

YI taken.

YO no such words

YU taken.

YO makes me think of YOU.

So no3 name is EN YOU.

But before deciding EN YOU,I had lots of debats inside myself. LOL!

EN CI,EN JIE,EN YONG etc.

But I still prefer the boys all have similar names.

EN YOU is what I really wanted.

But I could not decide the word.

佑 or 宥 ?

Decided it will be 佑 as I want GOD to protect this little boy of mine after what happen to DONTE.

As for the english names,more debats were going on in me.

Doste, Durante, Deonte, Devante and many many more.

And I even thought of DINTE, DUNTE.-.-"

ALL LOOKS TOO WEIRD!

Kind of decided DOSTE,as it looks similar to DONTE.

But hubby thinks it is too girly.-.-"

Till one day,I was searching Latin boys name(DANTE is a LATIN name) and I saw DRACO which means DRAGON.

I thought to myself,how nice!Because no3 will be born in the dragon year(just like me and donte).

Plus is five letter name just like the same as DANTE and DONTE.

So I whatsapp hubby and tell him "I KNOW WHAT TO NAME NO3.DRACO = Dragon."

Surprisely,he thinks is ok.LOL!

So no3 name is CHUA EN YOU, DRACO(CAI ENYOU).

EN YOU(恩佑) means 感恩及保佑。

DRACO means DRAGON.

Although I very much wanted a name with TE at the back,but it is too difficult to find one.:(

And so this is how I name the 3boys.:)

Happy 1st birthday,my 2nd precious baby!
How have you been?

Mummy miss you lots.

Time flies isn't it?
It has been a year since you were born.
Is been a year of ups and downs.

Mummy want to thank you for protecting Draco all these while and of coz protecting your big brother Dante too.
I'm really happy that you protected Draco so that he can arrive in this world safely.

Are you celebrating your birthday with your angel friends today?
Mummy is sure that you make lots of friends right?
Enjoy yourself ok?:))

Mummy bought a bracelet with charms as a gift to remember you on your birthday.
Unfortunately it couldn't arrive in time.
It doesn't matter right?

Is been a year but the pain of losing you never fades,I still cry whenever I think of how I did not protect you,how my body couldn't hold you longer.
Baby,Mummy loves you as much as I love your 2 brothers.
Wait for Mummy in heaven ok?
Mummy will meet you there one day.

The birth story of Chua En You,Draco

Not many people know I was pregnant with Draco.
I kept the news as a secret,only a few people who saw me and my good friends know I was pregnant.
I was afraid I will lost Draco like how I lost Donte by breaking the news to everyone.

Thursday 22.11.2012
I was rolling on bed since I don't know what time with Dante.
I continue to roll on the bed after Dante slept.
I couldn't sleep as Vi is out for night work.

When he came back at 2+am,we went to bed.
But when I want to lie down,I feel a gush of water flowing out.
I thought I was thinking too much,but when I move again...
The water flows out again!

Told Vi about it and he ask if I want to head down to KKH.
I don't want to as Dante is asleep and I know he will get upset without seeing me when he wakes up the next morning.
Told Vi I shall observe first.

I still thought it was nothing.
But to play safe,I went to the toilet to check.
Nope,no water was flowing out.
But I decided to put on a pad just in case.

Head back to bed and I tried to sleep.
I cough and I can feel water flowing out again.
My sixth sense tells me,"Hey is time to head down to KKH!"

Told Vi about it and he went to wake MIL to take care of Dante.
I went for a quick bath then.

When I was preparing,Dante woke up due to the noise I made.
Tried to pat him back to sleep but he can't sleep back as he know I'm heading out without him.
He keep giving me the very upset face.:(

And in between while coaxing Dante,I can feel mild contractions.

He was afraid of me leaving him behind and he refuse MIL to accompany him.
Neither does he want to go to my mom's place.
HE JUST WANTED ME TO BE BY HIS SIDE.:(

My last resort was to on Dinosaur Train for Dante to watch till he fall asleep.
I gave him his piglet,his woof woof and surround him with lots of bolsters before I left.

Told MIL to just let him watch till he sleep.

I eventually left the house at around 4am.

When I reach KKH delivery suite,it was already around 430am.
Was asked a few questions to confirm my water bag is leaking before heading to the room.

Was strap to the CTG machine.

Wanted to sleep but couldn't as I was so worried about Dante.

A doctor came and check on my dilation at around 530am.
I was only 5cm dilated.
A week ago I was 4cm dilated during my check up.
And I was suppose to have another check up in the afternoon on that day!!!
And I was suppose to have a meet up with Esther Love and Eve Baobao on that day lo.!><

Rested & the contractions start to get more and more painful!
Asked for the epidural around 630am.
Doctor told me usually 1cm will take an hour so I thought I will only deliver at 10+am.

After getting the epidural,I tried to rest but couldn't as the epidural doesn't seems to flow to my right side.
Tried lying on my right don't work at all.
I tried giving myself more dosage of the epidural.(They don't have this when I was delivering Dante.)
But no use.:(

Dr SL Goh came and check on me before 7am and left.

As the epidural doesn't seems to work on my right side despite self giving more dosages,the nurse then checked my dilation at around 7+am.
Poof!Draco's head is already there.><
Nurse told me is because he is pushing his way down,that's why the epidural didn't flow to my right side.

The nurse still ask Vi if he is ok,I went "He is ok for sure,cause the one in pain is me!"
But she explain that some husbands might be afraid of the blood and all.

Then the nurse did her preparation.
And got someone to get Dr SL Goh to come in.
While waiting for Dr SL Goh,the nurse asked me to push.
I tried pushing but is just so hard to push.

Dr Goh and the nurse were nice and patient,teaching me the technique to push.
And I was holding onto Vi's hand while pushing.

After pushing for half an hour(I think so),Draco arrived in this world at 8+am.
I stared at him for very long while the nurse do the suction for him as I didn't hear any cries from him.
I got so worried but he let out his cries once the nurse stop the suction.
Then I feel relieved!

After all the cleaning up and weighing,he was placed on my chest for skin to skin contact.
But he was struggling to suck something!
Called the nurse in to wrap him up then I proceed to breast feed him for the first time!

After which he was send up to the nursery before me,as I was so hungry that I request for breakfast and had it as delivery suite.
But I end up not eating much due to no appetite.><

Labour was really short.
From the leaking of water bag till I deliver Draco,it was less than 6hours.
Maybe is due to me having to take care of Dante,carry him etc despite being pregnant with Draco.

That's the birth story of Chua En You,Draco.
Our 3rd bundle of joy.
He was a hope for us,or at least me.
He was given to us shortly after Donte left.
He is definitely not a replacement of Donte.
He is Draco,my hope.
